Saburo Jifuku is a Statutory Auditor of Japan Activation Capital.

Prior to joining Japan Activation Capital, hejoinedDaiwaSecuritiesin1982andserved as Director and Audit Committee Member, Director and Executive Managing Officer in charge of Internal Audit, and Chief Risk Management Officer at Daiwa Securities Group Inc.

In those roles, he led the continuous improvement of the group’s risk management system and internal audit system.

Subsequently, he served as Director and Executive Managing Officer of Daiwa Institute of Research, followed by becoming President and Representative Director of Daiwa Securities Business Center. He currently serves as an Independent Director of L is B, a cloud service provider.

Mr. Jifuku received a B.A. in Commerce from Keio University.
