Kohei Ono is an associate of Japan Activation Capital, in charge of investor relations.

Prior to joining Japan Activation Capital, he worked with the Capital Formation Group at H.I.G. Capital, LLC, focusing on investor relations, including investor communications and fundraising across private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and credit funds.

Before joining H.I.G. Capital, he was with J-STAR Co., Ltd., where he was engaged in investor relations activities.

Mr. Ono received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan.
