Adoption of Japan’s Stewardship Code

Japan Activation Capital has adopted Japan’s Stewardship Code (Principles for Responsible Institutional Investors). The Stewardship Code promotes responsible investment practices through constructive dialogue with portfolio companies, with the objective of supporting their sustainable growth and the enhancement of corporate value. JAC fully endorses the principles and intent of the Code and implements them appropriately in its investment activities.
